Do the prices include VAT?
No, all prices that we communicate through our webshop are exclusive of 21% VAT.
What payment options are there?
We offer various payment options to make the checkout process as easy as possible. We currently accept payments via iDEAL and credit card.
Will I receive an invoice?
Yes, after you have placed the order you will automatically receive an order confirmation and (VAT) invoice at the specified e-mail address within a few minutes.
How long will it take to receive my order?
The delivery time of your order depends on several factors, including product availability and shipping destination. In general, we aim to ship your order within 3-7 business days. Please note, however, that this is an estimate and actual delivery time may vary.
What are the delivery costs?
Our delivery charges vary based on the size of your order. For the smaller formats (up to 60x90cm) the delivery costs are €6.99 for deliveries within the Netherlands and Belgium. For larger formats (70x105cm and larger) we charge €19.99 in delivery costs. Please note that these rates apply to all orders within the Netherlands and Belgium.
Which countries do you ship to?
At Design Wall Arts we basically ship to the Netherlands and Belgium. This enables us to ensure the quality and safety of our products during the shipping process. However, we understand that there may be situations where you would like to have a painting shipped to another country.
If you are interested in sending a painting to another country, we kindly ask you to contact us at info@designwallarts.nl. We are happy to look at the possibilities and discuss the best shipping options for your specific situation.
Isn't glass vulnerable to send?
Shipping glass products does indeed entail a certain vulnerability. At Design Wall Arts we understand this and take extensive measures to ensure our glass panels are shipped safely. We use a combination of quality materials and careful packaging methods.
Our glass paintings are packed very carefully before they are shipped. We pay great attention to the use of high-quality packaging materials to provide maximum protection during transport. It is very important to us that all glass paintings arrive at you in good condition.
What should I do if my order arrives with damage?
If you notice that your glass painting is damaged upon delivery, please contact us as soon as possibleinfo@designwallarts.nl. We ask you to state the order number in the e-mail and to send photos of both the damaged glass painting and the (damaged) packaging. This way we can better assess the situation and take the necessary steps to solve the problem quickly and adequately.
We kindly ask you to keep the packaging and the damaged glass painting until a suitable solution has been found. In some cases we may ask you to return the product because of the damage. In that case we will of course pay for the return shipping costs. It is important never to return the glass painting without first contacting our customer service.
We understand that receiving a damaged order is disappointing and we want to do everything we can to rectify this. Our team will contact you as soon as possible to discuss the situation and offer a suitable solution.
