Right of withdrawal and returns

• You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.

• After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product.

• The full order amount, including shipping costs, will be credited upon return.

• Please note: the costs for returning the product from your home address to the webshop are for your own account.

• Consult your carrier's website for the exact rates. These costs are usually approximately € 13.00 per package.

 

Return procedure

• If you want to make use of your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all accessories supplied.

• If reasonably possible, the product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

• Contact us atinfo@designwallarts.nl to exercise this right.

• As soon as we have received your return shipment in good order, we will refund the order amount due within 14 days.
